Meditation in the Workplace

The ancient art of meditation has been around for thousands of years. It is one of the greatest tools we have to enhance our mental and physical well being.

In recent years their have been innumerable scientific studies showing the tremendous health benefits that can come from a regular meditation practice.

Many companies, including Apple and Google and locally Westfield Capital (where Bethany has been teaching for 5 years) offer weekly meditation classes to help employees lower the effects of stress and to improve their overall well-being.

Bethany Cantin has been teaching yoga and meditation for 15 years in Boston and has taught over 10,000 hours of yoga and meditation in Boston for individuals, groups and corporations.

Bethany offers corporate weekly mediation classes ranging from 20 to 60 minutes. Classes can be offered at 8:30am, noon and 5pm. These sessions can be held in any board room or public office space.
